Staying in Helsinki, one cannot miss noticing a huge number of cruising ships moving in and out of harbor. They are offering themselves so, for even small amount of money, you can travel and visit other Baltic countries or just enjoy yourself (read drink) on board. But, if you happed to be in Helsinki during summer months and not afraid of cold water, you can treat yourself with backwash! Side effect of heavy cruise traffic can splash you best at Pihlajasaari. Small boats operate between Café Carousel in Merisatamanranta and Pihlajasaari hourly and return ticket price is 5 euro.
